Deborah Mauro, DNAP, CRNA, is the Owner and Medical Director of Full Spectrum Face and Body Medical Aesthetics.

Dr. Mauro holds the prestigious title of a board-certified Nurse Anesthesiologist, with an extensive educational background that underscores her commitment to excellence. She earned her Master’s Degree in Anesthesia from Gonzaga University.  Her Doctorate Degree in Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) was obtained from Missouri State University, showcasing her dedication to continuous learning and professional development. In addition, she holds a Subspecialty Certification in Nonsurgical Pain Management, emphasizing her commitment patient comfort during treatments.

Prior to her specialization in anesthesia, Dr. Mauro honed her skills as a trauma ICU nurse and flight nurse, showcasing her well-rounded and diverse medical foundation.

A distinguished military career marked Dr. Mauro's professional journey, spanning 22 years and culminating in her retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2014. Her military service not only provided invaluable leadership skills but also afforded her the opportunity to interact with extraordinary individuals and explore diverse cultures around the world.

Dr. Mauro's passion for medical aesthetics led her to specialize in PDO (Polydioxanone) threads, a non-surgical facelift technique. Her dedication to mastering this art is evident in her commitment to continuous education, with frequent advanced training sessions in PDO threads with leaders in the field to include Dr. Karimi, Francine Young and Dr. Gideon Kwok.

Haley has been an ER nurse at St Francis Hospital for 4 years and worked as a SANE nurse for 2 years. She trained at Pacific Northwest Aesthetic Academy in September 2018 and has been working at Full Spectrum since October 2018. Haley is thrilled to learn a new skillset and continue her career in aesthetics. She got married in 2017 and had a beautiful baby boy in 2019. Haley is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Trauma Nurse Core Course, and Certified Emergency Nurse. She loves to work out, cook and be outdoors. Amanda is a Licensed Master Esthetician who has graduated from Summit Salon and Washington Laser Institute. She is results driven with successful experience working at beauty clinics and business spas. She is self motivated clinician with proven track record of practicing safe, effective and hygienic aesthetics. Specializing in facials, lashes, sugaring, laser hair removal, IPL, laser tattoo removal, micro-needling, body contouring, laser vein, and hyperpigmentation treatments. When Amanda isn’t busy helping clients meet skin care goals, she enjoys new foods, hiking, spending time with her two boys, partner and fur babies.​

Davia is a passionate esthetician drawn to the transformative power of skincare and healing. Her self-discovery journey began while traveling through Europe, leading her to pursue her passion at Evergreen Beauty College. Davia has since earned her Master Esthetics certification through the NCEA and is currently studying nursing at Tacoma Community College with the intention of becoming a Nurse Injector.
