Deb Mauro
DNAP, CRNA
Dr. Deb Mauro, DNAP, CRNA is the Owner and Medical Director of Full Spectrum Face + Body Premier Medical Aesthetics. She is also a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Trainer for MINT PDO Threads, educating healthcare providers in advanced thread-lifting techniques and facial rejuvenation procedures.
Deb is a board-certified Nurse Anesthesiologist with an extensive educational background that reflects her commitment to clinical excellence. She earned her Master’s Degree in Anesthesia from Gonzaga University and her Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) from Missouri State University. In addition, she holds a Subspecialty Certification in Nonsurgical Pain Management, underscoring her commitment to patient comfort and exceptional treatment experiences.
Prior to her specialization in anesthesia, Deb honed her clinical expertise as a trauma ICU nurse and flight nurse, building a strong and diverse medical foundation.
A distinguished military career marked Deb's professional journey, spanning 22 years and culminating in her retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2014. Her military service provided invaluable leadership experience while affording opportunities to work alongside extraordinary individuals and experience cultures around the world.
Deb's passion for medical aesthetics led her to specialize in PDO (Polydioxanone) thread lifting, an advanced non-surgical facial rejuvenation technique. Her dedication to excellence is reflected in her commitment to ongoing education, innovation, and bringing the latest evidence-based aesthetic treatments to her patients.
Guided by a philosophy centered on enhancing natural beauty, Deb is dedicated to achieving subtle, harmonious results that help patients look refreshed, confident, and naturally rejuvenated. Her approach reflects an unwavering commitment to aesthetic excellence, patient safety, and personalized care, ensuring every treatment plan is tailored to each patient's unique goals and features.
Away from the treatment room, Deb enjoys spending time with her family and her dog. She loves hosting and cooking with classic Italian flair - big flavors, a lot of love, and always an open table. She also finds joy in gardening and traveling (especially to Hawaii).
Savannah VanAlstine
Client Services Concierge
Savannah has been a valued member of the Full Spectrum Face + Body team since 2023, bringing a strong background in medical customer service and a passion for creating exceptional patient experiences. As our Client Services Concierge, she is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from their first interaction through every step of their journey with us.
Savannah believes the best patient experiences are built on genuine relationships, not transactions. She loves connecting with patients, getting to know their stories, and helping create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, heard, and valued.
She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Health Science from Arizona State University and combines her healthcare knowledge with a patient-first approach to deliver outstanding service.
One of Savannah's favorite parts of her role is working alongside the incredible team at Full Spectrum Face + Body. She feels fortunate to be surrounded by such talented, driven women who share a commitment to excellence and patient care.
Outside of the office, Savannah enjoys spending time with her two daughters, playing with interior design, brunching with friends, thrifting, paddle boarding, staying active at the gym, and cooking.

Haley is a registered nurse with over 10 years of healthcare experience, including 8 years in aesthetic medicine. Her background in emergency nursing shaped her focus on patient safety, attention to detail, and compassionate care.
Haley loves helping patients feel confident while maintaining natural-looking results. Her approach is personalized, conservative, and focused on long-term outcomes.
As a busy mom, bonus mom, and entrepreneur, she understands the importance of self-care and strives to create a welcoming space where patients feel heard, supported, and confident.
