What is a Secret RF Microneedling session like?
Secret RF is an easy, safe and effective procedure that can be performed in as quickly as a 20-minute treatment session. During your Secret RF treatment, we will use a pen-like device with adjustable needles to create targeted micro-injuries while also delivering targeted fractional radio frequency (RF) beneath the epidermis (top layer of skin). This treatment is incredibly efficient.
During the treatment, you’ll feel some light pressure and heat. But don’t worry, patients often consider the treatment only mildly discomforting and completely tolerable. You'll receive a topical numbing cream for additional comfort before the treatment begins.
How much downtime is there after a treatment?
There is minimal social downtime after a Secret RF treatment. We recommend that you wait 48 hours before wearing makeup or exercising. You can return to other activities immediately. You may experience minor redness or swelling following the treatment, but it will subside within 12 to 24 hours.
How many Secret RF treatments are needed?
To achieve the optimal effect, 3-4 Secret RF treatments are recommended. You’ll start to notice results after your second treatment, but optimal results appear 3 months after the last treatment.
How long do Secret RF results last?
You can expect your results to last for 12 to 18 months. Secret RF is one of the longest lasting cosmetic facial treatments available!

Is Secret RF Really Better Than Traditional Microneedling?
Yes! Secret RF gives you bigger, better results than traditional microneedling. By combining radiofrequency and thermal energy with microneedling, the effects of Secret RF often result in fewer required treatments than traditional microneedling. Secret RF is a great option if you’re looking for visible results in fewer treatments.
