CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon booking, clients will be charged a $100 deposit fee for their scheduled service to secure their spot. This deposit fee will be applied to the total cost of the service(s) booked & received by the client on the day of their appointment. 
 
In the case of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or no showing to the appointment the day of, the initial deposit amount collected will not be refunded to the client and the late cancellation or no show will be marked on the client’s record with the spa. 
 
Clients have a grace period of up to 24 hours before their appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty and, in this case only, the deposit will either be refunded to their card or transferred to their rescheduled appointment (conditions may apply).
