CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours prior without penalty. In this case, the deposit may either be refunded to the original form of payment or transferred to a rescheduled appointment (conditions may apply). Please note that deposit refunds are not processed automatically and must be requested.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed (no-show) appointments, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
If an appointment is scheduled without a deposit on file, the following fees will be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show:

Esthetician Appointments — $50 or 10% of the scheduled service total, whichever is greater

Neurotoxin Appointments — $290

Dermal Filler Appointments — 15% of the scheduled service total

PDO Threads & Radiesse Treatments — 10% of the scheduled service total
FINANCIAL POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and services, no refunds will be issued for any treatment, package, or product once purchased or rendered, regardless of the outcome. We are committed to providing high-quality care and results; however, individual responses to treatments may vary.
